One Promise: The Best Education For All For Life

TODAY you can register to vote during lunch here at WHS!  Any student ages 16 years or older can register with a driver's license, State ID OR Student ID and document with home address.  Students that are 18 years old by November 8, 2022 are able to VOTE in this year's governor's race.  If you have questions ask any teachers in the Social Studies Department. Make your voice heard, and make it count.  Your vote matters, register to vote September 19, 2022.  

Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Peter Lancia, wants to hear from you! He will be visiting WHS to meet with students every month. He wants to hear about your experiences at WHS. He will be hosting Office Hours on Friday, September 23rd during ACE. Request a tag from Mr. Guerette to meet with him.

There will be a brief Drama Club meeting after school on Tuesday, Sept. 20th in the auditorium. See Mr. Solomon if you have any questions. 

Juniors and sophomores, who would like to learn more about and would like to sign up to take the PSAT on Wednesday, October 12th--please check the email from Ms. Cloutier-Baggs. 
The PSAT is a great practice exam for the SAT!
The deadline to sign-up is September 26th.

Natural Helpers will have their first meeting during ACE on Thursday, September 22nd in room 325. Our club is about spreading messages of optimism and starting conversations about mental health. We’re a team who helps support all students at WHS! If interested, reach out to Mr. Taylor. 

SPECTRUM is back! WHS’s premier club for LGBTQ+ students and allies will be meeting again this year every Thursday after school from to 2:30-3:30. Our first meeting will be Thursday, September 22 in room 325! Join in for the fun, friendship, discourse, and community. 

Are you a junior or senior interested in exploring careers? Do you want to earn $500 while you job shadow someone in a career you are interested in? If so, request a tag from Mr. Strout for this Thursday in room 115 where we will review all the program details.

Student parking pass applications are available in the Main Office. There is no cost for a parking pass. Students must park in the student lot, not the teacher's lot!
