The third floor kitchen at WHS has been getting great usage recently. Check out the attached photo, highlighting some amazing work that students in Ms. Klement and Ms. Carmichael's programs are doing in a new endeavor they’re calling “Cooking Matters.” Students are learning the basics of food prep and how to follow recipes.
It is worth shouting out the amazing work that Mary Klement and Allison Carmichael do in engaging their students in functional life skills. These programs, and especially these rock star teachers, provide so many opportunities to students to build skills and prepare for life after WHS.
