Congratulations to the WHS Jazz All Stars! This incredibly talented group of eight musicians deserves all the accolades and awards, and then some! They were all participants in the gold medal performance at the Maine State Jazz Festival at Hamden Academy last month, and now they have been recognized as Southern Maine Jazz All Stars! These students are incredible – they somehow manage to participate in other sports and activities, hold down jobs out in the community, succeed at the highest levels academically, AND still play that sweet jazz music better than anyone around. Way to go, WHS Jazz!
