Assembly

Last week, we had our first whole-school assembly. During this assembly, we reviewed the school-wide expectations of being Safe, Ready, and Respectful, and a group of fourth-grade leaders explained what "Safe, Ready, and Respectful" means at school.

When students are Safe, Ready, and Respectful, they earn Star Stickers. The more Star Stickers the students get, the more we all get to celebrate! We keep track of Star Stickers and celebrations with a giant gameboard that is displayed in the cafeteria. We have already celebrated with a Stuffy Day, and in the near future, we will be having a Playground Party, Traveling Dance Party, and Pie the Principals event.

During the assembly, everyone practiced our Safe, Ready, and Respectful cheer and learned what it means to be a Shining Star.

We are Safe, Ready, and Respectful at Saccarappa School... BECAUSE WE'RE COOL!
