Employee Accident Reporting

If you are involved in an accident on school property, in a school owned vehicle or on school approved activities it is mandatory for you to file an accident report whether or not injury or damage is evident at the time.

Accident reports must be reported to your building administrator on the same day of the occurrence.

Accurate and prompt accident reporting is essential in helping us to prevent similar accidents and to ensure the safety of all our staff and students.
