Westbrook School Department / Opportunity Alliance Pre-K Program

Westbrook's Pre-Kindergarten program is a cooperative effort between The Opportunity

Alliance's Head Start Program, and the Westbrook School Department. This FREE public

pre-kindergarten program is held at Saccarappa School (110 Huntress Avenue) and is subject

to approval of the program and funding by the Westbrook School Committee.

To be eligible to be considered for this program, your child must be 4 years old on or

before October 15th and have legal residence in Westbrook.

If you are interested in having your child be considered for Westbrook's 2020 - 2021

Pre-K Program, please call (207) 553-5811 and speak with someone regarding enrollment.

The pre-application is the initial step; you will be contacted by the enrollment staff to continue the

application process.

In some instances, family income does not determine whether or not a child is allowed to enroll.

However, we do have to determine which children are Head Start eligible and so family income will need to be collected for the Head Start applicants.

*After the initial deadline, children will be randomly selected from the pool of applicants to fill available spaces in the preschool classes. Parents will be contacted as soon as possible after available spaces are filled.
