LOGGING ON TO YOUR PORTAL ACCOUNT
Enter your User Name and Password.
Once logged in, an index of accessible information for each student is listed within the left navigation of the screen. The parents name will appear under the Campus Portal header. Each students name to which the user has access is listed below, with links to their school information.
If you are a parent you should see information on each of your children. If you are a student, you will only see your own information.
Westbrook School Department will make every effort to ensure that parents see correct information for their children. If any of your children are not included in the portal or you see students who are not related to you, please contact your child's school or the school department immediately.
Five unsuccessful login attempts will disable the portal account. In order to use the portal again, you will need to contact the school or district to have the account reactivated.
If you have forgotten your Parent Portal password or have been locked out of your account, please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will ensure that the e-mail address you are e-mailing from is the address we have listed for you in Infinite Campus. We do this to ensure that we are providing the correct person with the password and to ensure your child's information is kept safe. If the e-mail address is the same, we will send you back your password and notification that your account has been unlocked. If your e-mail address is not the same as what is listed in Infinite Campus, someone from your child's school will contact you to update your e-mail address information.
SETTING UP A NEW PORTAL ACCOUNT
If your child is enrolled at Westbrook Middle School or Westbrook High School, you should receive an account activation email. In this email, you will need to click on an activation link to activate your new account.
The password must have at least eight characters long and must meet three of the four qualifications listed:
• A lower case letter (a, j, r, etc.)
• An upper case letter (A, J, R, etc.)
• A number (3, 7, 1, etc.)
• symbol (@, %, &, etc.)
